Overview

RADMAP 2026 invites original contributions in all areas related to Doppler Weather Radar technology, applications in meteorology, and related fields. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the Technical Program Committee.

Important: Please read all guidelines carefully before submission. Papers not adhering to these guidelines may be rejected without review.

Paper Categories

Full Paper

  • 6-8 pages including figures and references
  • Original research with complete methodology
  • Results and conclusions required
  • Eligible for oral/poster presentation

Extended Abstract

  • 2-4 pages including figures
  • Summary of research work
  • Preliminary results acceptable
  • Poster presentation

Student Paper

  • First author must be a student
  • Eligible for Student Paper Competition
  • Certificate of enrollment required
  • Special recognition and prizes

Formatting Requirements

Paper Structure

Full papers should follow this general structure:

  1. Title

    Concise and informative, reflecting the main contribution

  2. Authors and Affiliations

    Full names, institutions, and corresponding author email

  3. Abstract

    Brief summary of objectives, methods, results, and conclusions

  4. Keywords

    4-6 relevant terms for indexing

  5. Introduction

    Background, motivation, and objectives of the study

  6. Methodology / Materials and Methods

    Detailed description of methods, data, and experimental setup

  7. Results and Discussion

    Presentation and analysis of findings

  8. Conclusions

    Summary of key findings and future directions

  9. Acknowledgments

    Funding sources and contributions (optional)

  10. References

    IEEE or APA format, minimum 10 references for full papers

Figures and Tables

  • All figures must be of high quality (minimum 300 DPI for images)
  • Figures should be numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.)
  • Tables should be numbered separately (Table 1, Table 2, etc.)
  • Captions should be placed below figures and above tables
  • All figures and tables must be referenced in the text
  • Use vector graphics (EPS, SVG) for diagrams when possible
  • Color figures are allowed but should be readable in grayscale

Review Process

Submission

Submit your paper through the online submission portal

Initial Screening

Papers checked for scope, formatting, and plagiarism

Peer Review

Double-blind review by at least two expert reviewers

Decision

Accept, Revise, or Reject notification via email

Camera-Ready

Submit final version after incorporating reviewer comments

Important Notes

Originality

All submissions must be original work not previously published or under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper.

Publication

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN.

Deadlines

Late submissions will not be accepted. Please submit well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
